When the baby is going through chest congestion, you can apply a gentle pressure and massage on the pads of the feet (above the arch and under the toes). Massage in circular motion in order to relieve coughing problems and congestion.
Stomach pain*
Upset tummy, trouble breathing, tightness and spasms can be relieved by massaging the foot’s center below the pads where the arch begins. It is connected to a collection of nerves called Solar Plexus, between the lungs and stomach.
*Abdomen pain*
For indigestion, heartburn and constipation massage the place between the middle of the foot and the feet pads of the baby. If it has pains from bloating and gas, massage between the heel and the middle of the feet.
*Pelvis*
The pain in the hips can be common issue for babies as they sometimes grow faster. Just rub its heel to provide relief. It can also be helpful for upset stomach and constipation.
